The Health Design Lab in Partnership with the Philadelphia Department of Public Health and Ford Motor Company deployed a mobile COVID-19 vaccination initiative in Philadelphia with the goal of getting vaccines into the communities that needed it most!

On January 1st of 2022, operation of the Jefferson Mobile Community Vaccination program was transferred to the Jefferson Center for Connected Care. On June 31st, 2022, the Mobile Vaccination Program completed. Thank you to our partners and thank you to everyone who worked tirelessly to serve the people of our city!
